Research into the limits of British patience has found that the average Briton will lose patience after waiting 5 minutes to be served at a bar.
A study of 2,000 people by Interparcel.com also found that Britons will also only wait for 24 minutes for food to be served after first ordering.
An Interparcel spokesman commented on the findings, stating:
“It’s interesting to see the limits in the various scenarios and how strong British patience really is. The average person expects good, reliable service quicker than ever before and the results show expectations are reasonable.”
One way to tackle the wait, and prevent your business from testing your customers’ patience is to utilise a mobile bar. Oasis Bars manufacture a range of stylish yet lightweight bars that can be easily transported to the location you need – whether that be an extra bar area in a busy room, or utilising an unused space.
